Aaaaaaaaand.... we have a wrap! The Discord Stage Assistant is ready to rumble on YOUR stage!

Seriously, this has been a fun project and gave me lots of insights how clubs work. I also had to revise some assumptions I made, especially about the level of professionalism when it comes to performers. Seems herding cats is easy in comparison.

Rejoice though, as the Stage Assistant relieves some of that burden. Either on automatic mode (aka handsfree - ideal for dancers) or on manual mode (aimed at DJs), the Stage Assistant will let your Discord Channel know when a performer, well, performs.

The Discord Stage Assistant is for owners of music venues, clubs, burlesque shows, theaters or other places where regular performances by various entertainers happen. The Stage Assistant monitors your stage, and whenever one of your performers starts their set or shift, it automatically sends an announcement to your Discord server, along with links for the performer's profile and a direct link to the location. That way, you never forget to notify your Discord users of performances.

This script is an addition to the Discord Relay and will require version 2.05.04 or higher of the relay to work.

Automatically scan a stage or performance area. As soon as a performer, DJ, dancer, musician or host enters, a message is sent to your Discord channel Performers can also click the object, to manually trigger an announcement.

Configure the group titles/tags the Stage Assistant watches for. You can chose to announce DJ's or dancers only, but ignore hosts (or the other way around). Up to 10 group tags are supported.

Discord notices come with web-links for the performer's web profile, their profile photo, and a direct link to your venue.

Fully configurable announcement lines, using variables for maximum flexibility. Announcement lines can be in any language. For each performer entering the stage, a random announcement line is chosen.
