INSTRUCTIONS: Discussion Board
==========================
1) Rez, and set to appropriate Group
2) (Optional) Set the UUID of a second ADMIN in the boards DESCRIPTION field
3) DONE.

Operation:
=======
- Anyone in the boards group can touch "Ask Question" card to ask a new question
- Anyone in the boards group can touch "Give Answer" card to give a new answer

- ANYONE can touch "Show Question" to see that Question and all its answers
- ANYONE can touch "Show All" to see ALL Questions and all their answers

- OWNER can touch the top "Instruction" part and DELETE any question or answer
- OWNER can touch the top "Instruction" part and RESET (clear) everything
