Distance from CB stump HUD

This HUD is only of use for Celestial Butterfly players/hunters

It shows the distance from the nearest CB stump to help staying within 20 m hunting range.

Hope alone probably is not enough. So I will remind you sometimes to think about if you like this gadget ;D
Nothing serious. Hopefully not annoying.

To make it even more fair I added a way to remove that reminder by doing good deeds :))
Just check mark buttons. It takes 5 rounds to remove the reminder.

Anyway I hope butterfly hunters have a good use for this HUD ;)
