Disused means there is no lantern.
Unfurnished prefab.

You will need a land in order to rezz that structure.

A mesh link-set of 60 land impacts at 23 x 13 x 25 meters, physics enabled
53 land impacts without the rocks

Be aware that when you resize a mesh, its land impact might increase.

Copy means you can duplicate it.
Modify means you can change its scale, add or remove scripts, change the textures.

Original Content creator, I created those mesh objects from scratch. They are not imported from 3D libraries...

Script in the door : open and close (also modifiable)
The prefab is composed of :
- a one tenant room at the ground level
- a small room in the tower
- a gangway around the tower
- a viewpoint at the top of the tower
Teleport from a room to another : cam the target and double-click, simple as that.
