All commands are based upon the arrow keys of the keyboard and you must hold down the LEFT mouse button while you are using them, clicking on your target.
PgUp - Backflip
PgDn - Nothing
Fwd - Right Punch
Left - Left Punch
Right - Roundhouse kick
Back - One Two Punch

If the arms appear to be sticking weirdly out of the body, just move slightly and the pose will take over again.
