It fits perfectly with its ground. It has the rez system that lets you move the structure without much work. You can give rez building decoration and when no one is in the building can delete (helps save prins). For this just click on the panels and select "Build". Others can give rez décor, but they must have the group that was put rez

Fantastic little hangar, office/control room, patio/upper deck and helipad
I own a number of products from DKS Studios. I have consistently found the quality of their products to be absolutely beyond reproach. This little hanger and helipad is a very well built product with an excellent layout and very elegant lines. The included decor rezzer is a brilliant idea, allowing you to remove the interior and patio decorations when they are not needed, saving on prims. I had absolutely no issue rezzing the product close to a sim edge that borders linden land. All of the component parts rezzed out directly over the rez pad - it rezzed flawlessly on the first try.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I have determined that the rezzer may NOT like to be rotated BEFORE rezzing. Whatever cardinal compass direction the rezzer is rezzed out at when it is first dropped from your inventory MUST BE MAINTAINED. Otherwise, it MAY rez incorrectly. AFTER rezzing, you can rotate the rezzer as you need and the building will track appropriately with no issue. This discovery may explain why other purchasers of this product and other DKS Studios products have had issues with rezzing. I specifically encountered this issue with the DKS Studios courthouse product, which is a much larger and more complex build. I'm assuming the same applies to this product as well.
The hangar fits a DSA Debonair perfectly, which is a small single prop plane. The helipad is large enough to fit a Shergood S92, albeit with the tail hanging out to allow you to walk up the stairs and around the S92. The decor is very well built with excellent detailing and it looks highly appropriate.
This is an excellent product and I highly recommend it. The price point is also very low considering all that you get. With a tiny footprint, it will fit even the smallest of parcels with ease.
Another awesome feature - when your avatar collides with the glass windows, they break, spilling broken glass on the ground! The windows will repair themselves after a short period of time. A fun little bonus.
Strange...
It did rezz on a whole sim but NOT on smaller parcel. It has a platform with the footprint for easier pre Placement which is a good idea but however i move it and even with enough own land around it, it simply doesn´t rezz, saying the land owner doesn´t allowe it.
I think that´s because it rezzes far away (outside the parcel) and then moves to the rezzer and that´s why i can´t rezz it :(
