Do it yourself Home kit 157 prims

This is a home kit for those of us who are more ambitious than others. This house kit comes with a builders kit, a simple standard size door, a floormap, and a one story house with walls, floors, windows, and ceilings and is untextured. Basically just the bare minimums. House is 157 prims, and footprint is roughly 30 X 30, so is small enough to fit on a 32 X 32 parcel. It is highly recommended that you have prior building and texturing experience before buying this kit. But don't let that stop you if you want to try, either. House is copy modify.
