This kit has everything you need to put togeather a high quality looking boat or airplane dock. This dock has high quality baked textures with AO mapping, Shine adjustments and normal maps to bring the textures to life.
This dock kit is also made of 100% low land impact mesh. Future updates will bring you a ladder into the water, stairs to reach higher elevation, ramps and any other parts customers may recommend. Purchase of this product
will provide you with lifetime free updates for any new textures or parts made for this product.
