**Improved** Two prims, instead of 5. A nice addition to go with my dock cleat. This loop and pole system is used often on wooden docks, where the docks a "free floating", and rise/fall with the tides. While we don't have such a thing in SL, for any dock made to look like its floating, instead of anchored by posts, this is a must have.
