This is a great little cabin perfect for waterfront land weather it be river, lake or beach. Comes with some furnishings and beautiful trees. Will fit a 30X30 sq. m. land . House is 229 prim. It is warm and cozy with two fireplaces. If you choose to buy this, i'm sure you will love it.
