Awesome market for those in need of a nice looking and clean market for selling or auctioning their dogs.
This market is 64x64 so land size 4096 or bigger will be needed.
Market is made up of tree lines on each side as borders with other lands or to divide your markets into section. Each tree has a nice falling leaf effect for an extra look.
Market is made up of:
15 Dog pens (4x4) on each side for a total of 30 spots that can be rented out.
8 Dog stalls with shelfs for live dogs and unbirthed dogs, each is double sided so can be rented out to 16 people.
4 Dog pens (6X6) in the center with shaded tree that can also be rented out.
12 Spots for bid-board surrounding the auction and 6 inside ** no bid boards included**
Auction area is made up of 24 spaces for one or more then one dog per bed. Each spot has a paw print pillow top and a paw print with number on it. There is 1-24 that can be touched to light up to show people what number the auction is on currently. Nice area for auctioneer with a podium with a microphone to give it a more fun look and a big frame in back to place your logo or leave the picture of the dogs etc.Plenty of seating for customers with a few benches.
There are also a few dog signs set around for decorations.
