This doghouse has nice details thanks to the combination of normal prim and custom sculpts. The doghouse itself is 8 prim and the fence is 4 more for a total of 12.The fenced in area is 5x5 meters.
The dog house and fence both have copy and modify permissions so you are able to change the textures. You can unlink the fence parts and use them to make the fenced in area larger.
The house and fence are separate parts so you can use either one or both of them.

The grass and tree set included with this purchase features 5 texture styles on 3 sizes of 3 shapes for a total of 45 variations.
