bridgeThe Dogland Bridge should be rezzed while you are already in edit.
The sculpted bridge has to be phantom to exhibit such detail and to be only 1 prim.
Under the bridge is a two prim base that allows you to walk on it.
If they become separated, just use highlight view on the viewer to see the base, which we left modifiable. (ctrl+alt+t)
The bridge used for full function is 3 prims.
For decorative use iy can be left as 1 prim.
