From our Bargain Basement and weighing in at 30m x 30m and just 35 prims, the Domicile Bachelor Pad is sleek and black, features two large rooms, and a sliding door (just click it; it's on a 15-second timer, but a second click will close it again). It's packaged in a Rez Faux box: simply rez the box, click 'Rez' from the menu, and re-position the box until you have it where you want it, then click 'Save' on the menu and delete the box.
Also included in the pack are two types of lighting: for the prim-conscious there's a copiable, 2-prim recessed spotlight, and for those with the luxury of prims to spare, there's 4-lamp and 8-lamp copiable track lighting (25 and 51 prims respectively).
The textures are the freely-available Linden Lab 'Bay City' ones, and I've included a pack of those as well, so you can customise and re-texture to your heart's content.
This one's especially for the guys but it's fully mod, so ladies if you want to try your hand at re-texturing it into a more feminine build, then have at!
