Holkham in Norfolk, where the wind blows off the sea and keeps the clouds back behind the pine-forested sand dunes. It can be throwing it down with rain behind those dunes, but on the beach you'll get sunburned. You could easily be in the Med, but you're in the arse-end of England (the butt of the broom-riding witch, if you look at a map of the UK and squint).
For me, it's the best beach in the UK - a wild, windswept beauty - and I went there many a time on childhood holidays, and have driven miles to return when I can as an adult. If you're ever in the east of England, try to make it there. You'll find a decent pub (the Victoria) right by Lady Anne's Road, where the car park is, too ;-)
The Holkham skybox was inspired by the HUGE expanse of pale sand when the tide is out at Holkham beach (it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the dunes to the water's edge at that time, but it feels much longer when you're a wee kid, itching to get to the sea *g*).
The fully-enclosed skybox is 20m x 22.5m and a total of 46 prims (47 needed for first rez, thanks to the Rez Faux box). Inside, you'll find two spacious rooms, each with a fireplace. At the front, floor-to-ceiling one-way windows (rez those facing West for spectacular sunset views) and a smaller window at the side. Mesh artwork and a water feature (both removable) are included.
One fireplace grate features a crackling sound, the other is silent. If you don't want the sounds, simply delete the crackling grate and shift-drag a copy of the silent grate into its place.
Please note: This skybox is fully-enclosed (there is no door). The skybox and all furnishings are standard prims; only the artwork is mesh.
