When ground space is at a premium, build upwards!
The Domicile Old Gold Castle Skybox is a tall, three-storey skybox, featuring one-way windows, simple stair risers, wall-mounted flame bowls, plus a small sleeping area for a servant (removable if desired).
Total prim count on first rez for the build is 35, broken down into the following linksets:
Skybox = 14
Bed, base, shelf, curtain = 10
Flame bowls = 6
Stairs = 5
If you don't need the sleeping quarters, simply remove the bed, base, shelf, candle, and curtain, and close up the hole in the stair base prim. This will reduce the build's prim count down to just 25.
The build is packaged in a Rez Faux box and is fully mod/copy (the box will show as no modify, but this is simply the Rez Faux scripts. Once the build is saved, the scripts will delete and you can modify at will).
Please note: the advert image states 35 prims. The total maximum prims required for initial rez is 36 (including the Rez Faux box). Once the building is saved, the Rez Faux box can be deleted and the prim count will be 35.
Please note: This skybox is fully-enclosed (aka: there is no door).
