Timeless elegant and decent Roman Villa with many realistic details. Several rooms: a grand bedroom with curtains on the upper floor and a smaller room, downstairs, 3 big rooms and a small one. 3 balconies and a small yard at the the backside. You can use it for Ancient Roman setups but actually you can also use it with modern setups if you want a real nice villa.
The building is modify, that means: you can retexture it, unlink parts, doors, windows, columns, curtains, stairs etc. but you cannot unlink single walls!
You get two versions, both are included in the box:
V1: only scripted entrance doors and curtain in the bedroom, no doors inside (you can leave them open or put some curtains) 210 Li
V2: scripted doors also inside and scripted windows (yes you can open the windows) and leave inner doors open or close automatically 224 Li
Size: 20.5 x 33.5 meters (parcel should be minimum 30 x 40 meters)
Total: 210 Li or 224 Li
