House rezzer info:
To rezz the building just put the rezz box on the ground and touch it, select REZ. You can move the box to position your building. After finding a good place select DONE and your building is saved and you can remove the box. The DELETE button derezzes your house. No worries, its still in the box.
If your parcel is not much bigger than the building, it might be possible that you cannot rez it there, if this happens: go to a large sandbox, rez the building there and select all pieces at once and put it into your inventory. Make sure that you collected all at once and select the building itself as the last item. Go to your parcel and rez your house from your inventory. Done!

I found this building when I was stuck with very little land and very little prim count ad had been hunting the marketplace for something that didn't look awful in game that didn't cost a lot because I was waiting on a larger piece of land. Now I'm using it anyway, though I'm on bigger land! :) Ok so it's perfect. All the entries lock and it comes with really beautiful furniture in it, all so detailed and romantic. The layout is perfect and gives you room for all the basic rooms you would need in a small house but with style and grace. The textures of the walls and floors are realistic and the prim count is ridiculously low somehow. When you walk in this building rezzed it's hard to believe how low the prim count is. And it fits in small plots! Yay! Best small building ever!
