The Mesh Christmas Chalkboard Tree is a unique way to celebrate Christmas. It features 4 different designs that and 4 different wood trims that are controlled by the HUD. There is even a resizer menu that pops up when you left click on the chalkboard. The chalkboard is copyable and has a land impact of 1 so it is prim allowance friendly.
The designs say, "Be Naughty Get Presents Anyway" and "What Happens Under the Mistletoe, Stays Under the Mistletoe." The two other designs include one that has holiday art that features a bird in an evergreen surrounded by evergreens and ornaments. The other design has holiday doodles.
