ABOUT:
This & That Shoppe! Who knew, that a small roleplaying project could ever turn into something so time consuming and fun as this setup. I will spare you the tedious details, but... you should know that this place is one that I've had in the works for WAY too long. I just couldn't seem to call it finished, so I kept adding decorations and furniture until finally I decided it was complete. This Shoppe to me, has always been intended to be a place that offered a little of this, and a lot of that... I wanted it to feel bizarre, with a touch of magic. High fantasy as if a Wizard or a Witch lived there... selling odd's and end's in his or her shoppe below, while living in the upper two levels, working a little magic of their own behind closed curtains and locked doors. The Shoppe was intended to be a place of exploration, with many neat little additions and fun surprises to find tucked within.
One of the things that makes this Shoppe unique beyond several original sculpts made by yours truly, is the collaboration with my friend Raven Seraph who helped make it possible to cycle through three different settings with the window shutters. At just a click they will cycle through open, closed and semi-open positions. The Curtains also open and shut, while making a whooshing sound. While these things may take just a moment to load, you will find that the shutters and curtains are realistic in design along with so much more!
Included in this build will be EVERY piece of furniture and deco that you see in the pictures and some that you will not see. There are candles and lanterns, rugs, bedroom furnishings, an optional fireplace, curtains, bookcases, books, ravens, a duck, crates, barrels, two different types of tables, chairs, a cauldron, various jars and contents, an optional counter, kegs with taps, spell books with texture options, a water basin... the list just goes on and on. So again I say, that this Shoppe... House... whatever you wish it to be, is 100% furnished right down to the climbing ivy on the outside and the lovely swaying cassia shaping the balcony.
However, as I am a woman that loves options and lots of them! I will be including not only the fully furnished version, but a clean, unfurnished version.
The house itself is 110 PRIM. (The door is not linked to the build, but I consider it part of the house count.)
The house with all decor is 335 prim. (Decor is 225 Prim)
