Well this is your guy., Set your parcel to land pass and this guy will let people in. Set for 2 hours at 100L this will allow a land pass
Unless another pass has been purchased. Most the work is done by Secondlife Land Pass.
Purchasing a new pass resets the timer so no time accumulation.
Example: (11 min left on pass will only give 2 hrs on a new pass not 2 hrs, 11 min)
Secondlife Land Pass if you have group access or always allowed users the land pass will not eject, Unless the visitor leaves the land group.

I deleted the scripts as I didn't need it. So can't really say anything to that.
