***FREE House***
Version 3b...updated door textures and the added tintable windows that version 3 has.
6 levels of tint...0% (totally clear), 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% (totally black).
touch any part of the house to get the menu for the window tint, then choose which ever level you want.
(if you happen to touch the house and don't want to change the window tint, just choose "ignore" when you get the window tint menu).
also available is my Version 2...with 2 wooden doors to the front and a clear/smoke door to the back of the house and Version 2b with newer door textures.
(also available in a 31 prim version without doors)
First, i want to thank Nimux Vale for creating this house that i modded...the original build credit goes to him.
I wanted a house that would be semi-transparent to take advantage of my animated panoramic sky scene surround system that i made (please see my other items on the Marketplace)...the pics i have included are of each different level of tint.
nothing too fancy (except for the 3 opening doors and the tintable windows)...no locking doors (i will be working on learning how to do that soon...lol) and no security scripts...just a nice basic low prim house to enjoy the scenery from.
its total footprint is approximately 19M wide x 20M deep (with the balcony overhang), (and the base footprint is 19M x 15M) and is 11M tall.
it's 34 prims (the original was 29 but i added 2 railings for the stairs and 3 doors), so it's not too hard on those of you who are watching their prims and best of all, its FREE! LOL

A Good Build Through-out
I spent a little time modifying the colors I like with the generous permissions on the freebie and I can say it looks and feels great inside and out on sim. I was thinking of making a skybox but it looked really sharp. Thank you very much. I would like to see more of these on a larger scale. Fantastic.
Fantastic gift
I did actually used for couple of months the first version of the house.
I was looking for low prim and well looking house so that was my choice after checking several free houses at marketplace as well.
It fitted perfectly on my skybox and I can place my pool on roof and relax in it with friends.
I had much fun with it and is free to take it so why not give it a try.
