Spine is Rigged and there for can not be re-sized It should fit to the spine of your back the tail is a separate attachment and it can be adjusted or re-sized using the Single re-size script which can also be deleted after adjustment but make sure you take a copy of your item before deleting or making changes.

Looks pretty good,
I mostly wanted it for the spine, which looks exactly like it does in the photo, my only suggestion would be like a tattoo layer or something that blackened or at least darkened the skin under where the spine sets. Being rather pale skin wise it looks a little strange against the black bone coloring. Other wise this is rather nice.
