This charming cottage can be yours because the price is right and the prims are low for a build of this size. Wrap around stone patio, 3 room home, with lots of beautiful arched windows. Very easy to re-texture the exterior and interior if you wish to do so. Footprint 20x30. Patio can be removed if you wish to put the house on a smaller parcel.
