No customer support.
Attempted to contact seller and Store Manager Zayna for 8 months. Dropping many notecards, IM's and email as suggested in their profile. No contact back ever. Purchased September 01, 2015. Gave up trying to contact a few months ago. Tellaq profile states "I pride myself on my responsive customer service". I have not received any customer service let alone "responsive" customer service. Very sad. Decent skins, no appliers, no customer service. In world store no longer exists, just a bunch of re-seller or affiliates found in search now. A simple response could have stopped me leaving a 1 star. But at this moment, I don't recommend. I will, and would, spend my money elsewhere.
Great
The skin itself is excellent and I use it for my primary avatar. The shape, however, you can skip.
I have yet to upgrade to a mesh body on this account solely because this skin isn't applier compatible.
I'd certainly be willing to purchase it again if it were.
