Drakke outdoes himself once again with design and excellence in this two for one boot. As with other Drakke boots, the hud is simple to use, removing the tips and spurs or switching from full boot to half boot. There is no having to switch alphas to figure out which is which. Simply wear the folder and the hud does the rest. You get two boots in one, a full or half to work with any pants combination. The chain is not removable. If you want the same boot without the chain, get the "Rustler", it is the same boot and combinations without the chain. Highly recommended.

Overall, great boots, not a bad buy at all. Seldom find good men's clothing but these are quality.

Like all the boots Drakke are selling, these boots are high quality they fit and look great!!
With the HUD you get you can change the look of the boot spurs on/off metal tip on/off and even have them tall up the shin or short ankle sized... all at the click of a button.
Once happy with the way they look you can then detach the HUD and off you go :)
obviously you can re attach the HUD to make changes again later :) its like having a few pair of boots not just one!
You may think 699L is alot for boots, but you get what you pay for, and like i said its like your actually buying 2 or 3 pairs really.
