AWFUL PRODUCT - WORSE SERVICE
I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT BACK IN MARCH OF 2013. I USED IT IN A MESH BUILD THAT CONTAINED 1 DRAWER. THE TABLE HAD A SHELF THAT HELD TOWELS. ALTHOUGH I USED THE CORRECT NAMING CONVENTION FOR THE ONLY DRAWER IN THE TABLE, THE TOWELS, WHILE NOT NAMED ALSO MOVED!!! I TRIED TO CONTACT THE SELLER AT THAT TIME, BUT RECIEVED NO REPLY.
RECENTLY, I CRAFTED ANOTHER MESH BUILD, AND AGAIN, USED THIS PRODUCT. I SET IT UP USING THE CORRECT NAMING CONVENTIONS AND FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS. AGAIN, THINGS I DID NOT NAME WERE MOVING WHILE THINGS I DID NAME STAYED MOTIONLESS.
WHEN I CONTACTED THE CREATOR AGAIN, SHE FINALLY CONTACTED ME AND DEMANDED THAT I PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE, WHICH I DID, BUT HAD TO GO BACK MORE THAN 6 MONTHS TO FIND THE INFORMATION. EVEN UPON RECEIPT OF PROOF, SHE STILL FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE SERVICE TO FIX HER BROKEN PRODUCT. THIS IS WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO SPEND FOR SOMETHING SO POORLY DONE. AVOID BUYING THIS - SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND THE LINDENS. IT NEVER WORKED - AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON-EXISTANT.
IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT I HAD TO GIVE THIS PRODUCT A STAR BEFORE IT WOULD ALLOW ME TO POST THIS REVIEW. IT DESERVES NO STARS. IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE SOLD ON THE MARKETPLACE.
