Not 10 prims, but great!
Prim count is more like 35 to 45 prims (important to know if you just have a 512 lot area). I was VERY HAPPY it was modifiable though, so I was able to take it down to 15 prims and shrink the island so it would better fit my land. Very beautiful, and happy enough with it to give it 4 stars! Good for the price, awesome it's modifiable, thank you :)
