Oak was the tree of midsummer. the gateway tree, the tree of coming and going. An oak tree is more likely than any other tree in the forest to be stuck by lightening and is for this reason often thought to be a tree of power. The Oak formed the 4th letter of the Gaelic alphabet, D The English word for door is thought to be derived from its gaelic name, Duir or Dair. In the Celtic Calender each of the 13 lunar months were represented by a tree, the Oak Month was Midsummer, June 10th to July 7th.
Our Oak is shining in the mid-winter sun, a light covering of snow and its branches and its dark bark is lightened with frost. A proud standing tree.

Using the latest one prim sculpty the tree has the appearance of a regular four prim build.

Our sculpted plants and trees are made from sculpt maps provided by Chihiro Owatatsumi, megaprims are provided by the SALT hud and hence show the
creator as Zwagoth Klaar. Our textures are original hand made by us! We are working on new textures all the time so please ask if there's anything you'd like to see. In the meantime drop by our large texture library which contains 1000's of FREE textures.
A word of advice on Megaprims, if you try to resize them they will suddenly shrink to the standard 10m size. This can be useful if you want a smaller, resizable plant.

The Tree is brilliant!
I searched high and low for Tree's that would suit the landscape I am creating. I bought one of these and then bought some more as they are brilliant! I have just seen that the designer has Snowy Tree's in different styles so going to buy more. Would love them to be copy but then at only 40L per tree at this quality, you cannot moan!

I bought this tree, not sure how it would look on the site. I hadn't seen it in second life. WOW! This tree makes the Linden free trees look pathetic. Once it rezzes (it is a sculpt) it looks fantastic. Nicely proportioned, textured, and designed. Got a second right away for a friend.
