Edit modifiable permissions and copy, so you can size it to your head manually and adjust it as you please, even adding colors or shades to the bow and lace if desired.
It is made of sculpts, for the most part, though the bow in the back is mesh. It is only 6 land impact if rezzed, but there is no need to rez this to wear it.
It's attach point is the skull, and is pre-set to that point. You can change that if you need to and know how. I suggest 'add' instead of 'wear', in case you would be replacing hair or anything else that is already on your head.
It is best worn with just a hairbase color, as hair does go through hats and various other things.
This can be worn with classic or mesh avatars, and while there are no pre-set sizes or positions for the various meshes, this is fully modifiable in edit mode.
