some parts slightly outdated, some amazing materials used. has tons of potential!
at very first glance parts of this build may seem outdated. yet once you get in you can feel the vibe the creator has tried to put down. with some building and modding skills this can be a prime location for all you jazz fans or even people looking for a nice restaurant / bar.
