Fully support is provided in case you dont know how to setup,or if you have doubts.but dont worry is really easy,and you will have your sim done in a few minutes,the rezzers moves to the right place and you just need to press 2 buttons for each,rezz and freeze(ignore wrong position mesages).no need to go moving boxes to find the right place for anything!
If you own a homestead you will still have 1514 prims to play with

OH EM GEE!!! this is just amazing..been trying for months to achieve what Bee has done, set up was a breeze, all the guess is removed, and I am finally at peace with my land. Thank you so much Bee, this is incredible. Now on to other things in this place called SL.

me and my wife are like head over hills with the way it sets up and the textures and quality are great there is nothing bad me or my wife could say about this prefab sim wish we could give more than 5 stars
The Best Purchase I Ever Made !
This is by far the best purchase I have ever made on SL ! I now have a perfect home, I love my sim ! I
I wondered of the first 4 reviews could really be that good. Wonder no more, this really is a steal, you get so many nice things, all the hard work has been done for you. The whole sim was up and running in about 10 minutes. I sent an IM to the maker Bee, to ask a question about the water, and she not only responded in minutes, she walked me through the setup to make sure everything went well! I have to say though, even on your own setup should be a breeze, just set out the rez boes and watch them fly to the proper place on sim. I also received the Raw file just a few minutes after contacting her with my e-mail. Top quality builds here. Bee is a first rate customers dream come true! Thank you Bee! I have to go enjoy my island paradise now. :)

To make it short:
You get a LOT for your money. The landscaping and the houses and little tikkis are just perfect as well as the furniture. Everything matches and is very tasteful.
It is sooooo easy to setup - all the rezzboxes move to their destination by their own, so all you need to do is rezz.
The customer service is fast as hell and very, very friendly! You need help - you get instant help from Bee.
All in all great job and for a reasonable price.

I spent hours if not days looking for something new for my sim. I came across Dun Prefab and instantly fell inlove with it. Everyone one on the sim LOVES IT.. I am happy again with my sim. I felt like I was trapped in a time zone with my sim. I am never leaving it and Bee does fab work.. very detailed and everything. I have had the pleasure of sitting and talking with her as well the best person you can buy from .. Always making sure u are ok and if u need anything .. I would buy again from her
