Two houses are included in this set. A grungy, trashed, abandoned version, and a beautifully renovated version. Use both or whichever one you prefer. (The Abandoned house would make a great Halloween Haunted House!)

Both houses have the same floor-plan; Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and small washroom on the 1st Floor, Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom on the 2nd floor, as well as a Storage Room with stairs to a large Attic room.

The Abandoned house has peeling paint on the exterior, and faded dingy wallpaper on the interior walls, scratched and stained wood and tile floors, dark mildewed ceilings and filthy windows. There is an old, empty fireplace in the living room. The roof shingles are worn and in some places, missing altogether. The attic is a nightmare of dark musty wood floors and walls.

The Renovated house has been beautifully restored, with new exterior wood siding, freshly painted interior walls and ceilings, the wood floors have been sanded and re-finished, the kitchen and bathrooms re-tiled, and the windows are sparkling clean and clear. A brand new fireplace, complete with firelogs (click to turn fire on and off) has replaced the old one in the living room. The roof has been re-shingled, and the attic has been re-finished and painted with light wood flooring and white walls.

Information: Both houses are copy/mod, though the renovated one will appear as no mod in your inventory, due to the fireplace script. Once rezzed, you can mod the house.

PLEASE NOTE: These houses are partly mesh and if you resize or unlink them, the land impact may increase.
