The Dutch Channelhouse Project is a serie of Dutch 18th century Houses, build by Steinhardt Constructions.
They are designed, when lined up, to form a Dutch Channel with Mansions. The Mansions (28Prims) can also be used as stand allone object, flat on the ground or in combination with a cellar base (12 Prims Extra).
By default the house has a staircase, but there is a set of extra floors included, incase you prefer a teleporter. Also there is a set of extra walls with inside Textures on both sides to save prims when you line them up. All parts are MODIFY so you can leave out walls or floors to create a bigger space when houses are put together. There is a NO-COPY version and a COPY version(Low Prim Version Included) available, incase you plan to cover a bigger area.
NEW:
Also available now is the LOW PRIM version (14 Prims)for the purpose of using the building as 10 x 10 shop, only the ground level is usable, the upperfloors are just decoration.
