This windmill has been based on an actual real windmill in Amsterdam, The Netherlands., called "De Bloem" (The Flower). Location : Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Built in 1786.
LOW prim version. Total amount of prims = 65.

The windmill sails are scripted to rotate. The sails are operated by chat commands.

This version is a "Grondzeiler" - a "ground sailer" - so called because the sails nearly touch the ground.
