Displays text from a notecard in local chat. The notecard reader allows
you to display a stored set of paragraphs in local chat. You can substitute
your first, last or full name in the notecard text. Text is sent to local chat
using emote with the option of showing or not showing your first name.
You can also choose whether to whisper, say or shout the text. All menu
driven and easy to setup and use.
