Dvandva Share It! Terminal Version 1.0

Now you can easily share things with other and allow people to contribute shared items.
The Dvanvda Share It! terminal makes group created content available to the other people.
You can give people multiple levels of access to administer, add content or access content.
Choose what kinds of items you allow to be added. Adding content with the same name
updates the existing content. You can changes the textures displayed and modify the prims
to customize the terminal to your own tastes and needs.

- No Copy items that are not allowed because of the type filter are returned to owner

There are 3 levels of users:

1) Administrator

The administrator has control of who can add content to the kiosk through
access list, group, all or owner only restrictions. The administrators can:

- add content to the terminal
- get content directly or thru the category menu
- remove content from the terminal
- list all content in the terminal
- set filter to only allow selected types to be added
- Toggle floating text on or off
- Set scan distance for terminal access
- Lock / Unlock the terminal to allow content to be added by contributors

Note that only the owner may change the access.

2) Content Contributor

The content contributor may add content to the terminal (restricted to the
types specified by the administrators). The content contributor can:

- add content to the terminal
- get content directly or thru the category menu
- list all content in the terminal

3) User

The user may access the content of the terminal either directly or thru
the category menu.
