It's huge. Great if you want a lot of space. Not so much if you have a small parcel.
No information on dimensions listed anywhere in the description. Unable to resize it from the rez box. Unable to resize once rezzed and still enter, even with small avatars. Shrinking it down or moving it after rezzing is complete has to be done one texture/piece at a time.
Not worth the hassle when there are similarly priced homes that aren't this broken.
Just what i needed for my RP medieval nature sim
Its hard to find natural housing for a nature sim, but Entity came up with just what I needed! The detailing of the fallen log helps to blend in perfectly with my woodsy surroundings.
