To use your Cupcake~
Just wear it. It naturally attaches to the mouth, so some adjustment may be needed for those of you with a preference for other attachment sites. Clicking the cake will bring up a menu.

These are to be done to you by other people, though many may be suitable to do alone. If you feel you look funny with some of them (i.e. kissing yourself) it's probably due to the design being geared toward interaction. . .which brings us to. . .
