I also bought a hat from this creator for Canada Day (well, a friend bought it for me as a gift) and I love the way they FIT...even a big ole tiny possum head. I had a slight problem with the hatband, but Ella fixed it IMMEDIATELY and was very nice. Top points for product and service!
