Elven Gown is standard rigged mesh in sizes XL-XS
Seen worn on Belleza Freya so yes with the use of alpha cutout it can be worn with mesh bodies, though for some they may need to adjust shape a bit.
comes with an alpha layer for those with the non mesh bodies :-)
