- None of my items can be given as freebie under any condition
- Conditions of giving my items in HUNTS or similar organizations:
- You must create your own textures (it can not be given away with my textures).
- It can not have uv map and shadow map in it.
- It can not be given away as full perm.
- It must have purpose of promoting of your business (You can give away 1-2 at a time. You can not give every thing you bought from me in HUNTS or similar organizations.

The above terms are also valid for giving away promotional gifts.

- My items can not be sold as builder’s kit (the way I sell it) under any condition (in Second Life or on Marketplace.secondlife.com) .
- Your product must be an end product. It shouldn’t enable or encourage your buyers to re-create them. That involves not including UV maps, shadow maps, sculpt maps or any other material that helps fashion designers and builders to create their products using my templates.
- My items can not be sold with my textures under any condition. Minor tweaks to bend around this rule are not accepted (such as changing the color: it shouldn’t resemble the original). UV Maps, shadow maps and sculpt maps are also considered as my textures.
- The price can not be any less then its current selling price if you are selling full perm. The price can not be any less then %25 of its current selling price if you are selling with permissions other than full perm.
- My items can be sold in your creations as they are, providing:
- My item(s) can not be the main item(s) in your creations. For example: If you are selling buildings, you can include my furniture as they are.
- Your own creativity must be involved ( you can not do simple mix and match)
- My items in your creations can not be full perm
- Over all price can not be any less then %25 of its current value
