The build has a Land impact of just 2, thanks to the wonders of Mesh.
To operate the light, simply click on it to turn the light on or to switch it off.
The build uses 2 moving prims as Emitter and Targets for the particles, one if which works as the source of the light, this means the light appears to move with the spark.
