Not what I thought it was!
I searched group notices, looking for a device that might be able to send group notices in multiple groups. This sends out notices in chicklets to up to 41 avatars within a certain distance. Rather useless in my opinion, and a waste of 250L, but I'm not one to bully.

A must have for hosting.
Perfect way to send out notices without lag or when local chat is too busy. Very easy to use, which I like.
10/10 would recommend.
