Its an Spraying 2-Color Typer Colors Visible in Name above.

This kind of Attachment is Specially used for Typing with an own Typing Animation,

you use it as an attachment that you add of course.

Base Add spot is : Left- and Right-Hand

Permissions Obj: Mod, Copy, No Trans
Permissions Script: No Mod, Copy, No Trans
Permissions Animation: No Mod, Copy, No Trans

It can be that the Item doesnt fits exactly so you may need to
modify it a little with the position, you need anyway to add it once
and detach it and add it again the first time its for script reset,
