just a light - NO modify!
4 prim and it's just a light, the flicker version turning it on and off fast. White light, no projector, and way too bright, the neon itself though isn't full bright and since the item is no mod, you can't do anything with it (despite the picture saying it's modify, it's not!) 2 stars because the item itself isn't ugly, just scripted wrong.
