This nice building need a 22m x 22m land and it has only 36 prims..
Inside you find a controller for for the doors. With it you can make the doors in puplic or group mode, lock/unlock, open/close or bann people from using the doors.
On the backwall from ground floor and first floor are teleporters in elevator style.They work simply with one click.
