I guess I'm never really going to grow up. I love toys, and in many ways, my job in SL isn't that different from a toy maker. And even though it's all virtual, there's still something super-fun about remote-controlled toys. So when I had the chance to make an RC toy, I had to go for it.

The ER Spaceship RC Toy is an awesome and fun Remote Controlled toy, and it's classic cargo transporter styling recaptures some of the fun and excitement of science fiction favourites from decades gone by, and brings it forward with modern functionality. Cool sound effects, particle reaction thrusters and sensor beams... make this toy a total joy to play with. Also included is a 3-prim Moonbase Landing Pad, and the ER Camera Lock HUD, which allows you to move your camera to any vantage point, and keep it there while playing with the toy. But that's not all.. even though it's only 2-meters long, the ship is rideable. Drive your friends around, or fly it yourself like a vehicle. The ER Spaceship RC Toy is really fun, and one of my personal favourites!

* Quick-Start Instructions

• Rez the ship
• Click the ship to access the owner's menu.
• Select "Activate" from the main menu.
• Select "Yes" to the "take controls" question.
• Control the ship with your normal movement controls.

Below is an explaination of the various menu controls.

* ( Activate )
Selecting this option will request to "take controls" from you. This allows you to control the ship using your normal movement controls.

* ( Yes ) - Your control inputs will be used to control the device.
* ( No} - The ship will not be activated.
* ( Mute ) - Does nothing.
When riding the toy like a vehicle, you don't need to grant permissions.

* ( Deactivate )
If the ship is already active, this option will replace the "Activate" button. Selecting "Deactivate" will release your movement controls, and deactivate the ship, locking it in place.

* ( Update )
Pressing this button will start a check for new updates. You can run this check at any time, from anyplace in SL. You don't need to come to my store to check for updates. If an update is available, you will be sent the update automatically. If no update is available, you will see a message saying "Congratulations! You appear to be using the latest version." The updater script will notify you (on wear/relog) if an update is available, so you don't really need to press this button unless the script tells you that a new version is available.

* Controlling the spaceship

The controls for the toy are the same, whether using it in RC or Vehicle mode. Below is a listing of the controls.

* - Rotate Left
* - Rotate Right
* - Move Forward
* - Move Backward
* + - Slide Left
* + - Slide Right

* - Fly Upward
* - Fly Downward
Special Controls - you must press both keys at the same time.

* + - Fly Slowly Forward
* + - Fly Slowly Downward (landing)
* + - Sensor Beams* On/Off
* - The Sensor Beams can make it easier to land the ship where you intend to. When you're ready to land, turn
