2 Reviews of the #1 and the UPDATE!
This is a gorgeous and ominous build. There are a few thing I want to tell you about on the main floor there is an animated panel underneath even in places you cannot see. That needs ripped out first thing. It causes lag in the worst way. Drop the main floors bottom down and remove the 23 panels and wa-la lag fixed. I also remove the lighting and the jumping meters on the stage and the walls as it irritates my medical condition. There is a bit of extravagant use of prims in places. My guess this is an early build. All that being said I doubt The Gate will be in another build until I find better but there is none at this point. I actually end up with a build that is 350 thereabouts when I take things out I don't need extra seating and such. Then I stretch some of the prims. If you want to see it modded it is always in my sky. Thank you Red Queen I always live (somewhere on my sims) in your beautiful builds.
UPDATE:OK so I got the updated version of this build they do NOT really resemble each other at all so the animated prim sub floor is gone. I am glad I have both builds #1 is DARK and ominous feeling and I adore that. #2 is also a gorgeous build but is more pink and blue and very light and airy. Its back stage and VIP lounge area is beautiful absolutely. and the stage and dance pole DJ area ROCK! So now I am stuck trying to decide maybe we should have like a heaven and hell set up and have them both. OH DEAR! LOL As usual absolutely GORGEOUS build. I still think you should also sell the dark model too though. XD

I purchased this build when it was more expensive and I had no problem paying he price. As long as you have the prim allowance and the space you will absolutely love this build.
