What Does It Do?
Automatic scanning: Detects avatars within a configurable radius (5m to 50m).
Tracking: Focuses on detected avatars for an adjustable time (5s to 60s).
Visit history: Saves a log of the last 25 detected avatars.
Interactive sounds: Plays alerts and rotation effects (customizable).
Floating text: Displays avatar name, distance, and a custom message (e.g., "Recording").

Great look but
for my taste much to nervous in its behavior.
Why it tries to scan the area behind it even if it cant move behind?
The camera moves back and forth continuously.
My suggestion would be - perhaps a version 4:
The camera moves normally slowly back and forth in its possible radius and when it has captured someone in this area, it remains fixed on this avatar for a moment, outputs the name in the open chat if necessary and then slowly starts its search run again - and does not even try to capture someone who is behind it.
The chat output should perhaps be able to be switched off.
Or with hovertext: name appears above the camera as long as someone is captured, but then disappears again when the slow search starts again.
The base plate for the mounting is unfortunately very large, so it is not possible to mount the camera on a round pole or something, unless the diameter of the pole would then be very large to hide the base plate.
For the appearance I give 5 points, for the annoying fidgeting rather 2 stars - but since I'm not sure what is possible in SL, I give 3 stars - so then in total 4 stars.
I should have noticed it in the demo, but I'm probably already too tired.
But maybe the creator might implement the ideas.
